I’m about to order this on Kelly Sue’s recommendation, but I saw Martha’s new tome at B&N yesterday and chuckled to myself. See, my mom bought HOME COMFORTS for me a few Christmases ago. It’s fabulous, and about as comprehensive a reference as you’ll find, and I can see it on the shelf from where I’m sitting, nestled comfortably between the Ouija board and the Woody Guthrie autobio. I don’t need (cue Dad’s voice) another 750-page book on keeping house, and yet…
