I’m a professional writer living in Brooklyn, New York. Gigs include stories in publications such as NEGATIVE BURN, CRYPTIC magazine, and Endicott Journal Of Mythic Arts; reviews for The Endicott blog, and an ongoing stint with Prime Books on WEIRD TALES magazine. Forthcoming projects in 2008 include comics in COMIC BOOK TATTOO: A TORI AMOS ANTHOLOGY from Image (with Carla Speed McNeil doing that thing that she do so well) and over at SMITH magazine (for an as-yet-unannounced project). I also penned a FRANKENSTEIN adaptation for Graphic Planet in 2007.
For more on what I write and have written, take a look at this, and this. New stuff happening all the time (yes, did I mention I do this for a living?)
Folklore, mythology, crafts, New York City, comics, speculative fiction (especially [urban] fantasy), Tarot and other bits of Western esoteric traditions are the major subjects of discussion around here. These are the things that inspire me, and form the well that I draw on in my creative endeavors.
